Strawberry Smoothie Recipe
If you’re looking to get more fruit into your diet, smoothies are a delicious way to drink your way to a healthier diet. Add vegetables and pair your favorite fruits with vegetables you aren’t too keen on to get the most out of your smoothies. This is a great way to get your kids to enjoy their fruits and veggies too.
INGREDIENTS
- 250ml plain yoghurt
- 100ml apple juice
- 1 banana
- 5 strawberries
- 30ml honey
HOW TO:
STEP 1
Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
STEP 2
Pour into glasses and garnish with pieces of fruit
STEP 3
Allow to chill in the fridge for at least 40 minutes before serving.
